I've worked with choreographer Roni Koresh for over a decade. "Whether it be mastering his show CD's or composing a new piece, working with Roni is always an intense experience. You better be ready! ... He pushes you to places you've never been, and sometimes don't want to go! ... In the end what comes out is greater than the sum of it's parts, and well worth the effort. With "Evolution" we took a more minimalist approach with the music, joy in repetition if you will. It created a lot of tension and anticipation, shifting your focus to the dancers onstage. With "Sense of Human" there was a much more collaborative feel to the whole process.  We worked with Karl Mullen and Nick Kendall, two very talented artists.  What came out of those sessions had a very different feel.  Much larger and even epic at times. Overall it's great working with Koresh Dance Company every time, this last time no less than the first.
